Refund Policy

I am not able to accept returns due to the personal nature of SheWolf Studios products. This ensures that every piece sent to a customer is a brand new item. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send an email to howdy@shewolfstudios.com and include a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the box (with shipping label visible) within 48 hours of arrival. I will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. If you feel you are experiencing an extenuating circumstance that warrants a refund, please email howdy@shewolfstudios.com to start a conversation.
